Project Summary
An OEM project from an IC producer, annual production quantity 1K~2K, and 200~500 pcs each round.
This board is for based on the customers microcontroller IC with Bluetooth.
Makerfabs helps on:
● 10-layer HDI PCB production, with lead time 3~4 weeks.
● Components collecting, all the main components are ordered from mouser/digikey/Farnell.
● Components soldering, include the 0.5mm pitch BGA;
● Programming& Testing, with the customer-provided testing guides, all boards are 100% tested before shipping to end-customers.
● Product assembly, Makerfabs customized logo sticker with customer logo, customer ship some other modules such as the round display/package, and Makerfabs help on the final assembly/ packaging.
