Metal Core PCB material including Aluminum PCB, Copper Base PCB and Ceramics base PCB Iron base PCB. Makerfabs have had a lot of Aluminum PCB and rigid-flex PCB project before, and recently begin the copper base PCB production.
Compares to Aluminum PCB, the copper base PCB has better performance on thermal conductivity, applying to high frequency circuit design, and the areas where have a great change for high and low temperatures.
An obvious characteristics of copper base PCB is, they are heavy, very heavy~ Bare coopers…
